Product Introduction

250mm PCD grinding disc is composed of quarter size PCD segments and TCT buttons. The PCD edge can remove the paint, epoxy, coatings, glue and other abrasive materials effectively.

The TCT buttons has two functions, on one hand, the TCT can make the PCD grinding disc have long life, on the other hand, it can prevent the PCD segments cut too deep in the floor.  Because the PCD segment can remove the coatings effectively, but it will leave heavy scratches if there isn't the TCTs.

Key Inspection Steps

There are 2 key inspections steps on concrete grinding wheels before delivery: the balance test, and bore hole test. If the cup wheels are not balanced well, it will jump during operation; The bore size will be smaller after painting, if not do the bore size test, it will be difficult to fit the cup wheel to angle grinder.
