Product Introduction

The cup wheel segment is composed of metal bond and split pcd chips. It has more aggressiveness while the price is much lower than the big diamond grit like 16# or 20#. However, the split pcd cup wheel is usually used together with the coarse diamond cup wheels. The diamond cup wheels are used to open up the coatings on the floor, while the split PCD cup wheels are used to make the scratches more deeper.

Upon requirement, the arbor can be 22.23 bore hole, 5/8″-11 thread or M14 thread. The paint removal disc can fit most of the popular angle grinders on the market, they are the ideal tool for paint removal, glue removal and epoxy removal.

Key Inspection Steps

If the cup wheels are not balanced well, it will jump during operation; The bore size will be smaller after painting, if not do the bore size test, it will be difficult to fit the cup wheel to angle grinder.
